So sorry |

Cindy,
Please know how sorry I am. Please tell your mom she is in my thoughts and prayers, as well as you and your family. I remember being at your house on Hutchinson Drive, (was it really that long ago?), and both of your parents were so welcoming. Your dad was always so kind. Much like you, Cindy. Take care of yourself.

When I think of Mr. Bradstreet I am brought back to my childhood days spent at Ocean Point. It was such a blast to go for a ride on his boat or a ride in his cool yellow jeep. My sister Holly and I loved playing ping pong in East Boothbay and Mr. Bradstreet always made us feel welcome and I now understand that he had a special gift in his ability to connect with kids. will think of these fond memories whenever I drive past what we still call "the Bradstreet's house" in East Boothbay.

I remember taking the kids to Jim and Connie's condos in North Conway for many fun weekends. I remember fun days in Boothbay with Cindy (before kids) laying in the sun, Connie and Jim going to town to get lobster to mkae us lobster rolls. I remember taking the babies to Boothbay for Jim's famous lobster bake and watching the parade from their front lawn. I'll never forget Jim and Connie sitting in their lawn chairs in Cindy and John's backyard in the shade while we BBQ. Many wonderful memories that will be with us forever.....Thank you....our lives have been forever touched by you.....

I Remember |

I am so thankful for having the opportunity to have Big Jim in our lives.
I will smile when I remember him and all the things he would say and do. I will miss his phone calls, his sense of humor, his little sayings, his chuckle, his questions, his worrying, I will miss it all; but I will still smile because they are all such great memories. I was lucky and blessed to have him as my Dad. He was the best!Yes, I will most definitely, always smile, when I remember him.
My Dad had the most solid moral compass of anyone I know.
He was faithful, and dependable, and he was, a good man.
He lived by the golden rule, and when he said he would do something, he did it.
He never asked a someone else to do something he himself was unwilling to do.
He took great pride in all he did, his work, his family and himself.
He could sense people’s character and surrounded himself with good people.
He always wanted the very best for those close to him, and would have done anything he could for them.
He was a good man and will be remembered that way by those who knew him.
